"Contacted 5 attorneys, interviewed with 3 of them. These people are WONDERFUL. They are honest direct and 'know what they are doing'. This starts when Kirk Moore explains the process to you. Not just the fees, but the actual legal procedure with time lines and conditions. Nobody else did this. They just say it's a structured plan and it costs this much and is the same no matter who you use. Later in this you will find that this is not actually fact. I have a copy of another contract offer and can prove it.
If you provide them with documentation as requested you will be OK.
I was so scared to start this process, embarrassed, ashamed etc. They don't look down on you . You are treated with dignity , respect and compassion. I should warn you tho, don't get ahead of yourself. They will guide you through the process and most your fears , questions will be addressed during this process. When completed any questions will be answered and even any confusion with schedule J figures.
Nobody else would consider my position regarding gas and medications costs outside normal amounts. Because the time required to address this issues cuts into their profit. This process is supposed to be about helping you get on the right path, not about profits.
The office staff is a reflection of Kirk Moore, they are honest people who are working hard. They are not just on the band wagon to process paper as fast as they can in order to increase the bottom line profits. Of the all 3 attorneys i got contact offers from, only one complied with the mandated costs as prescribed by the bk guidelines. And that was Kirk Moore . The others had additional charges and fees that increased the total amount of my out of pocket costs by $750 to over $1500 dollars.
You get you moneys worth and more..... just from the peace of mind and sense of hope. I feel like getting out of bed again , my nervous depression is reduced without medication. There is a future, and this alone starts you forward on the path to recovery of self worth.
