W. Kirk Moore focuses his legal practice on consumer and small business bankruptcy. He is committed to staying abreast on the federal bankruptcy code, and has had the opportunity to provide legal counsel to thousands of clients throughout the Bay Area. He represents clients in Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz County, and San Benito County.

W. Kirk Moore worked previously as the Managing Attorney of the San Francisco and San Jose offices for one of the nation's largest bankruptcy firms. He decided to open his own office to provide more personalized service at a lower cost. Further, he understands the stresses that his clients endure, and thus he is responsive to each individual's needs. His goal is to take the stress and hassle out of his clients' financial lives.
